You will develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities for the enterprise development community, productionizing relevant tools and technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Enable GenAI capabilities for the enterprise development community.
• Identify, evaluate, and productionize relevant GenAI tools.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies, including Agents and MCP Servers.
• Build and support internal tools and applications.
• Implement modern engineering practices, including automated testing and release strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI Development Tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin).
• Practical experience with GenAI implementation.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• 1+ years experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development.
