Roles and Responsibilities:

• Translate IT process improvement needs into scalable GenAI/ML solutions for enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain robust AI-ready data pipelines with strong attention to data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Research and evaluate emerging generative and agentic AI tools, techniques, and orchestration approaches to identify improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior engineers working on ML/GenAI applications and data layers.
• Contribute to AI governance policies and best practices to support regulatory compliance and cost-effective delivery.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of relevant enterprise experience in data, AI, and cloud adoption; 4+ years building production-grade AI/Python applications and pipelines.
• Machine Learning and production experience applying ML to enterprise problems.
• Python for building enterprise-grade ML/GenAI services, APIs, and data/pipeline components.
• Gen AI solution development with practical implementation experience beyond prototypes.
• Agentic AI development including agent orchestration and production execution patterns.

Good to Have:

• Deep Learning and hands-on experience with LLM-based systems.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
