Responsibilities

• Enhance and optimize existing chat infrastructure for improved reliability.
• Manage chat session lifecycles, ensuring continuity and robust handling.
• Improve context injection strategies to select relevant historical data for AI prompts.
• Reduce system latency and optimize chat interaction efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience with Generative AI and AI Chat Systems.
• Strong command of SQL for data storage and retrieval.
• Experience implementing context storage and retrieval using vector databases.
• Familiarity with AI model prompt design and injection techniques.
• Proven ability to coach other developers.
