Description

You will develop, test, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and algorithms using Python. You will design prompt engineering techniques to optimize model responses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI agentic frameworks to create systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
• Develop applications using large language models (LLMs) for human-like text understanding and generation.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies to enhance context and relevance of outputs.
• Manage and optimize vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval in AI applications.
• Document processes, models, and methodologies for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in advanced Python programming, including data structures and algorithms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and its application within AI models.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs), including their architecture and functionalities.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases.
• Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks and their implementation in real-world applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
