Gen AI Developer

You will build and customize Generative AI applications to drive process mining, task mining summarization, and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate data from Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to create process-level visibility.
• Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real-time metrics.
• Customize GenAI applications using approved LLMs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Machine Learning/NLP roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs such as Llama, Google Gemini, or OpenAI.
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS.
• Proven experience building cloud-based data pipelines.
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
• Strong understanding of data transformation tools.
