Description

You will architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform, owning the full lifecycle from prototype to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI, NLP, and client models using Hugging Face, Google, and OpenAI frameworks.
• Manage LLM Ops, including model training, deployment, serving, and monitoring in production environments.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate technical feasibility and business impact.
• Consult with clients and CXOs to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI strategies.
• Design data pipelines and optimize cloud infrastructure for Gen AI workloads.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience architecting and implementing AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• 2+ years of experience developing Generative AI models using Falcon, Llama2, Google PaLM, Gemini, or OpenAI.
• 5+ years of experience in the Telco industry.
• 8+ years of experience with advanced NLP techniques and tools like SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in GCP services including Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden, Workbench, AutoML, and BigQuery.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Compute Engine and Kubernetes.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineering talent.
