Description

You will lead the technical direction of Generative AI projects and architect end-to-end pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Generative AI pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Guide the team technically to solve complex problems and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage multiple POCs and project workloads while addressing data drift and model degradation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LLM, RAG, Multi-Modal architecture).
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with Hugging Face and open source AI technologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to financial services domains.
• Basic understanding of UI frameworks such as Angular.
