You will lead the technical direction of Generative AI projects and architect end-to-end pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.

8+ years of professional experience. Hands-on experience with Python. Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LLM, RAG, Multi-Modal architecture). Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with Hugging Face and open source AI technologies. Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows. Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Exposure to financial services domains. Basic understanding of UI frameworks such as Angular.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Generative AI pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Guide the team technically to solve complex problems and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Manage multiple POCs and project workloads while addressing data drift and model degradation.
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
