Description

You will design, develop, and deploy NLP models for tasks including text classification, sentiment analysis, question answering, and machine translation.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize NLP models using Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Integrate NLP models into production systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists to prepare text data for model training.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance using NLP-specific metrics.
• Monitor deployed models and maintain performance in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal NLP tools and libraries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning with a strong focus on NLP.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically with GenAI and Prompt Engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Extensive experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow for NLP tasks.
• Proven experience fine-tuning generative AI models.
• Experience building ReAct (Reasoning & Acting) Agents.
• Experience developing SDKs for NLP models.
• Strong understanding of model parallelism techniques and NLP algorithms.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with OPEA and Explainable AI (XAI) methods.
