You will design, optimize, and deploy agent workflows, RAG systems, and prompt engineering solutions to enhance AI output relevance and safety.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design agent workflows, role definitions, and system prompts using prompting best practices.
• Optimize RAG efficiency for structured and unstructured data using semantic search and structured queries.
• Implement guardrails for GenAI generations to ensure output safety and relevance.
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluation of workflow and prompt effectiveness against real-world business queries.
• Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to integrate prompts into production workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Multi Agent Frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their capabilities and limitations.
• Expertise in Advanced RAG and AI-powered agent workflows.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience in Prompt Engineering, including creating system prompts and guardrails.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Fashion retail domain experience.
