Description

Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of generative AI solutions to enhance business functionalities and customer experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Mentor core team members and junior engineers on AI best practices and execution.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies, models, and tools to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, including leading technology projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python (required); Java (preferred).
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, GPT/Transformers, OpenAI API, and Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and REST API development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Industry experience in banking, finance, or enterprise environments.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud AI platforms.
