Description

You will build and maintain Python-based AI services and agentic workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build AI services using LangChain and CrewAI to implement RAG-based retrieval and Agentic AI workflows.
• Integrate and optimize OpenAI, Bard, Claude, and Azure OpenAI APIs by tuning parameters like temperature, top-p, and max tokens.
• Reduce hallucinations using embedding-based retrieval with FAISS and Pinecone.
• Design scalable RESTful API services and secure endpoints using OAuth2, JWT, and rate limiting.
• Deploy AI applications using AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and CrewAI.
• Proven ability to implement RAG and Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with vector databases including FAISS and Pinecone.
• Knowledge of LLM optimization and model scoring techniques.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work within Scrum teams and provide accurate task estimations.
