Description

You will lead the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development of Agentic AI solutions using LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with various knowledge bases.
• Develop and optimize agent workflows and reusable templates for efficient system creation.
• Implement and manage vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Set up observability stacks, including logging and drift/bias monitoring, to ensure system health.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML systems architecture.
• 3-4 years of experience designing and deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python, including API integration and advanced prompt design.
• Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and tool/function calling capabilities.
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone).
• Knowledge of the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC).
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, specifically AWS.
• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, security, and risk management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical executive leadership.
