Description

You will develop and maintain AI solutions for IVR and conversational platforms, implementing LLM-based workflows including prompt engineering, evaluation, and RAG.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge retrieval pipelines to support IVR use cases such as FAQs, troubleshooting, and account queries.
• Collaborate with IVR, speech, and platform teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance for accuracy, latency, and conversational quality.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of AI-driven voice experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience building knowledge retrieval pipelines for enterprise or customer-facing systems.
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Qdrant).

Preferred Skills

• NLP experience related to conversational AI.
• Familiarity with speech/voice data workflows (ASR, NLU, TTS concepts).
