You will accelerate business use cases by building Agentic AI solutions using Agent Development Kit (ADK) and LangChain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy generative AI applications with a focus on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices to ensure stability, scalability, and security in production environments.
• Collaborate with architects to align solutions with Banking Platform Architecture and support application migration paths (e.g., Mainframe to Java).
• Manage the full software development cycle, including peer reviews, code quality, and resolving technology roadblocks.
• Influence product roadmaps and mitigate enterprise technology risks.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OpenShift).
• 3+ years of knowledge in Machine Learning, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Strong background in MLOps and LLMOps.
• Experience with cloud-native development and application migration.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements and security standards.
• Ability to interpret and implement technical strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Background in legacy system migrations (Mainframe, .Net).
