Description

Design, prototype, and implement LLM-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and integration of foundation models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Meta, etc.) and open-source alternatives (LLaMA, Falcon,etc.).
• Architect LangChain, Haystack, or similar frameworks for orchestration of tool use and agentic workflows.
• Guide teams on model fine-tuning, embeddings, vector store design, and knowledge base integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, DevOps, Product, Security) to integrate GenAI into enterprise systems securely and at scale.
• Interface with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architectures and scalable GenAI solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Python programming.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency in Gen AI system design and implementation.
• Designing and implementing fine-tuning strategies for LLMs.
• Knowledge of vector store design and embeddings.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Haystack.
