Description

Design and build autonomous agents to support the software testing lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous agents for test planning, case generation, execution, triaging, and reporting.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific software testing tasks.
• Integrate agents with existing CI/CD pipelines and test management platforms.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and data governance compliance.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to drive automation improvements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience building AI/ML solutions, with 1 year focused on generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with software testing tools (Jira, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of professional working experience.
