Description

Develop and optimize AI models and infrastructure to deliver AI applications and chatbots.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI models using LLMs and integrate them into application frameworks.
• Optimize existing AI systems and models for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to implement data strategies for model training and evaluation.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure quality standards.
• Write clean code and maintain documentation for all implemented AI systems.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in AI and machine learning.
• Expertise in building and deploying large language models and transformers.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector embedding, and tokenization.
• Knowledge of in-context learning, fine-tuning, zero-shot, few-shot, and prompting techniques.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Computational Linguistics.
• Certifications in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
