Description

You will design, build, and operationalize LLM-powered agents and workflows for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks using platforms like Writer, Bedrock, or UiPath.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool invocation, and memory patterns to define agent operating modes.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and automation frameworks, connecting to structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls, policy guardrails, and permission systems to ensure auditability and compliance.
• Measure agent performance, diagnose failure modes, and continuously optimize prompts and orchestration logic.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or workflows.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of orchestration logic separating planning, execution, and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Writer, Amazon Bedrock, UiPath, or similar agentic platforms.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector search, or regulated enterprise environments.
