Description

You will design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions for financial applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business workflows alongside Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
• Develop automation frameworks and pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
• Translate business requirements into measurable, AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AI model development, testing, and governance.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or Software Development.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and model development best practices.
• Experience with Git for version control and Jira for task tracking.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Good understanding of financial concepts and products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen AI frameworks, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Programming knowledge in JavaScript.
• Exposure to financial models and risk analytics.
