Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI-powered development practices using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other GenAI tools.
• Coach developers, QA engineers, and product teams on effective AI adoption.
• Integrate AI into coding, testing, CI/CD, and engineering workflows.
• Develop reusable AI playbooks, guidelines, templates, and best practices.
• Ensure responsible AI adoption, including security, privacy, governance, and compliance.
• Measure improvements in engineering productivity, development cycle time, test coverage, and software quality.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, DevOps, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/PDLC, CI/CD, automation, and software testing.
• Experience in technical coaching, AI enablement, and enterprise transformation.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes from AI adoption initiatives
