Lead the design, development, and production deployment of Generative AI models and solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI models, from design through to production deployment.
• Implement NLP, NLU, LLM, and Conversational AI techniques to improve data processing and analysis.
• Apply Agentic AI frameworks to build advanced automation and decision-making workflows.
• Drive MLOps practices to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Optimize inference engines including TensorRT, TensorRT-LLM, and Nvidia Triton for production workloads.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
• Hands-on experience with TensorRT, Triton, and the Nvidia Stack.
• Proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation, data processing, and model training.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud deployments.
• Solid understanding of MLOps workflows and model performance monitoring.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud deployments.
