Description

You will own the full lifecycle of AI/ML and Generative AI projects, from planning through deployment, ensuring scalability and business alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI project lifecycles, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and risk management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality, scalability, and business alignment of all AI solutions delivered.
• Communicate project updates and technical status to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years overall experience, with ~3 years in Generative AI and 6+ months in Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Proficiency in LangGraph, or alternatives like CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Strong understanding of core ML models and Deep Learning architectures.
• Proficient in Python and have a working understanding of AWS cloud services.
• Experienced with Git for version control.
• Computer Science graduate or equivalent IT stream degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangGraph as the primary agentic framework.
