Description

You will build production-ready GenAI and agentic applications using Microsoft’s ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Agent Framework (Autogen), Semantic Kernel, and Copilot Studio.
• Implement data science and machine learning algorithms defined by Solution Architects.
• Own the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Deliver fine-tuned models, reproducible experiments, and comprehensive documentation with test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure PaaS services.
• Strong Python proficiency for scripting, data manipulation, and algorithms.
• Practical knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks: Autogen, Semantic Kernel, Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and NLP.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools including MCP Server, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoGen/LangGraph multi-agent patterns and orchestration.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt optimization, and safety guardrails.
