Description

You will design and implement GenAI and agentic components, including prompt engineering, tool orchestration, retrieval mechanisms, and reasoning chains. You will build production-grade pipelines for data ingestion, embeddings, and model APIs, integrating with upstream and downstream enterprise systems. You will partner with AI Tech Leads and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, supporting rapid prototyping and controlled rollouts. You will embed quality, safety, and observability by managing evaluation metrics, prompt versioning, grounding strategies, logging, and guardrails. You will also support enterprise readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, incident triage, and continuous improvement based on operational insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI/Agentic components aligned to business workflows.
• Build production-grade pipelines for data ingestion, embeddings, and model APIs.
• Partner with AI Tech Leads to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Embed quality, safety, and observability including guardrails and performance tuning.
• Support enterprise readiness via documentation, incident triage, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of CI/CD for AI workflows and LLMOps practices.
• Experience with model and prompt lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with feature flags and environment promotion (dev → test → prod).
• 5+ years of experience.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Background in rapid prototyping and controlled rollout strategies.
