You will build and deploy AI-driven workflows for Salesforce integration to automate sales processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-driven workflows for SFDC integration to enhance sales automation.
• Optimize lead qualification using the AI Virtual Assistant, Sydney.
• Implement AI-powered decision-making and automation within a secure, on-premises RHEL 9 VM environment.
• Integrate various AI models and frameworks into the SFDC ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven sales acceleration strategies while ensuring security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Python and LangChain.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL for data persistence.
• Hands-on experience managing RHEL 9 Linux environments.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce APIs (SFDC API) for integration.
• Knowledge of agentic AI workflows and AI-driven process automation.
• Experience with AI model selection, training, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in AI-driven sales automation projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployment and hybrid cloud strategies.
