Description

You will design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Agentic systems within an enterprise environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines by integrating enterprise data with retrieval layers and language models.
• Build and scale Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task planning, execution, and feedback loops.
• Fine-tune or train language models using enterprise datasets to optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
• Design and implement AI safety guardrails, including hallucination detection and prompt policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, data scientists, and MLOps engineers using Agile workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RLHF.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with Vector DBs.
• Competency in NLP techniques such as text analysis and summarization.
• Experience with cloud AI ecosystems including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Ability to optimize and monitor AI system performance and scalability.
• Experience with monitoring frameworks and implementing access controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile workflows.
