Description

Design and implement generative AI solutions using large language models and cloud-based services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and publish NLP models supporting multiple languages.
• Manage the full LLM lifecycle, including data gathering, model selection, performance evaluation, and deployment.
• Guide the team on prompt engineering and model tuning activities.
• Optimize model objective functions using empirical scaling laws across dataset size, compute budget, and inference requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and Gen AI modules like LangChain.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI (GPT 3.5/4), Google PaLM 2, and AWS Bedrock.
• Expertise in Azure AI and Machine Learning PaaS components.
• Deep understanding of LLM architecture, training processes, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience implementing emotion and sentiment analytics to modulate model responses.
• Apply state-of-the-art training, tuning, and inference methods to maximize performance within project constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
