Required Skill and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, GEN AI, Agentic AI , RAG and React/Next.JS
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Fast API/Django/Flask).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure or GCP).
• Solid understanding of databases—SQL and NoSQL.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Experience working in global delivery environments with multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with NLP, LLM fine tuning, and embedding models
