Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for real-world use cases.
• Develop multi-agentic solutions using GenAI frameworks and orchestration approaches.
• Build and deploy GenAI-driven proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes quickly, then harden for production.
• Integrate and manage vector database components (e.g., Chroma DB) to support retrieval workflows.
• Evaluate GenAI solution performance, including latency, accuracy, and overall quality; iterate based on results.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in building and deploying AI/GenAI solutions.
• AWS and AWS Cloud for deploying and operating GenAI services.
• Python for building GenAI applications and integrating model workflows.
• Generative AI solution development, including RAG-based architectures.
• AWS Bedrock (Amazon) for building and deploying generative AI solutions.

Good to Have:

• AI/ML experience for model evaluation, experimentation, and applied ML concepts.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
