Description

You will lead the development and optimization of Generative AI and LLM solutions for business use cases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs and multimodal models.
• Build scalable AI/ML systems including data pipelines, training workflows, and inference services.
• Integrate and evaluate open-source and commercial LLMs.
• Implement RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt-engineering strategies.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot AI systems using cloud platforms and MLOps tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/GenAI development.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and generative AI architectures.
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies, DataBricks, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience utilizing frameworks like LangChain or Llamaindex for agentic workflows.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and model evaluation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with multimodal AI (vision + language models).
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
