Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of AI-native programs, from design through production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent orchestration systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Integrate agent systems with enterprise surfaces including APIs, ERPs, CRMs, and data platforms.
• Lead agentic coding workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
• Translate business requirements into technical proposals and roadmaps for CXO-level stakeholders.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and establish evaluation frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI architecture.
• Deep proficiency in Agent Orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Coding Tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
• Strong backend development skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) including prompt design and tool use.
• Knowledge of RAG and Vector Stores (Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deployment and infrastructure management.
• Experience with API and System Integration patterns including REST, gRPC, and Kafka.
• Ability to debug non-deterministic agent outputs using observability tools like LangSmith.
