Description

You will design and deploy Generative AI solutions and ML systems to improve technology and data management efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and design Generative AI applications, including AI agents for cloud computing, knowledge bots, and assistants.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune and enhance LLM performance for specific application needs.
• Analyze, structure, and mine data to support model development and system scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code for production environments.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Partners to identify process improvements solvable via ML and Gen AI.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
• 1-2 years of experience specifically developing Generative AI solutions.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack ML Engineer focusing on RAG-based AI Agents.
• Proficiency in Python, Hadoop, Spark, and Machine Learning Algorithms.
• Mandatory experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Git, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with various embedding models and fine-tuning LLMs.
