You will design, develop, and optimize generative AI algorithms and integrate them into production workflow systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative model algorithms using deep learning techniques.
• Integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems through cross-functional collaboration.
• Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance, efficiency, and cost.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generative AI implementations.
• Research latest advancements in generative AI technologies and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Expertise in Google Gemini LLM and GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Dataproc.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and inference at scale.
• Expertise in prompt design, agent frameworks, and fine-tuning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Langchain, Langgraph, and RAG implementation.
