Description

You will design and build generative AI applications and machine learning solutions to drive technology and data management efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ML engineering solutions and generative AI applications, including AI agents and knowledge bots.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune and enhance LLM performance for specific application needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product partners to identify process improvements solvable via machine learning.
• Analyze, structure, and mine data to support model development and system optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
• 1-2 years of experience specifically with Generative AI solutions.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience as a Full Stack ML Engineer building RAG-based AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Experience with Hadoop and Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Mandatory experience with Vector Databases.
• Solid software engineering practices, including Git, code reviews, and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with various embedding models.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs.
