You will own the Gen AI product vision and provide technical direction across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define governance frameworks for Gen AI development, ensuring ethical practices and responsible AI standards.
• Oversee DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps practices to meet coding, security, and operational benchmarks.
• Document technical designs, refine user stories, and manage delivery timelines for AI solutions.
• Identify and mitigate Gen AI-specific risks, including model bias, data privacy, and security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet Service Acceptance Criteria and comply with regulatory standards before production deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software, data, and cloud engineering, with recent Gen AI/ML leadership.
• Deep technical mastery of AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, SageMaker) and architecting scalable, secure environments.
• Expertise in AI engineering, including MLOps, prompt engineering, model deployment, and operationalizing LLMs.
• Strong practical experience with DevOps, MLOps, and DataOps methodologies and tooling.
• Hands-on delivery of Gen AI solutions from conception through productization.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced AI/ML libraries.
• Full-stack capability including backend (Node.js, Python) and frontend (ReactJS).
• Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
