Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on insurance claims systems, tools, and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure milestone delivery.
• Act as the primary communication point for business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements from business units, ensuring technical alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the insurance or claims domain.
• Demonstrated success managing claims processing or policy management projects.
• Deep understanding of insurance claims workflows (intake, processing, adjudication, settlement).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Rally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen AI integration in claims systems.
