Description

Design and implement Generative AI architectures to solve complex data problems within Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify effective architectures and models to automate Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) tasks, including test artefact generation, defect prediction, triaging, and failure analysis.
• Develop and validate GenAI systems, specifically RAG-based LLMs for Q&A, content generation, and recommendations.
• Validate LLM application performance, security, fine-tuning, and feedback functions.
• Liaise with executive-level customers to pitch tailored AIOps solutions.
• Collaborate with Cloud Service Provider partners to build AIOps strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps.
• Experience with predictive modeling and defect prediction.
• Knowledge of RAG-based LLM architectures.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and security validation.
• Ability to automate STLC processes such as self-healing and test optimization.
