Description

You will drive innovation by leveraging large language models, diffusion models, and other generative architectures to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Architect, train, and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Llama, BERT) for applications like content generation or conversational AI.
• Lead R&D initiatives to improve model performance, efficiency, and business goal alignment.
• Evaluate and adapt emerging frameworks like LangChain and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate generative AI into workflows (e.g., chatbots, document automation).
• Optimize generative models for latency, cost, and scalability using techniques such as quantization and GPU/TPU acceleration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in LLMs, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and GCP.
• Experience architecting and fine-tuning generative AI models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications.
• Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, distillation).
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms.
