Architect and fine-tune generative AI models to solve complex business challenges.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect, train, and fine-tune generative AI models (GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Llama, BERT) for content generation and conversational AI.
• Lead R&D initiatives to improve model performance, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate and adapt emerging frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate generative AI into workflows like chatbots and document automation.
• Optimize generative models for latency, cost, and scalability using quantization and GPU/TPU acceleration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML roles.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and Hugging Face.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and GCP.
• Proven track record of architecting and fine-tuning generative AI models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications.
• Knowledge of model optimization techniques including quantization and distillation.
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diffusion models and other generative architectures.
