You will build and integrate GenAI capabilities into the platform to create future-proof solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain Contact Center solutions using modern GenAI techniques.
• Develop proof of concepts and prototypes, prioritizing MVP features for rapid delivery.
• Provide production support, including triaging and troubleshooting incidents to fix defects.
• Utilize Agile and Lean techniques to deliver key features quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• In-depth experience building GenAI applications, including Context, Tokens, Completions, Temperature, RAG, and Hallucination management.
• Strong proficiency with LangChain and Python.
• Proficiency with AWS services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, SNS, SQS).
• Experience building Serverless and Microservice Architectures using Docker, Lambda, and ECS.
• Familiarity with Node.js, ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript stacks.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers) and Git workflows.
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform) and CI/CD tooling (BitBucket pipelines).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangGraph, Agentic AI, or Google ADK.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
