Description

You will design, develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning models with a strong focus on language models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI/ML/NLP solutions, including Conversational AI, document understanding, and QnA.
• Interact with research teams and partners to integrate state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Mine and analyze data using statistical methods to identify product insights.
• Define and deploy best practices in MLOps/LLMOps and mentor colleagues.
• Translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations for business improvement.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or GenAI specialist.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Generative AI solution development.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks: Llamaindex, Langchain, and Autogen.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agents, VectorDB, and Guardrails.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs using PEFT techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
• Proficiency in Python and R, including Tensorflow and Keras.
• Experience with cloud services: Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Proficiency with vector databases such as Pinecone or Qdrant.
• Knowledge of NLP algorithms for entity extraction, text classification, and question answering.
