You will serve as a trusted AI advisor for healthcare clients, leading the design and implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with healthcare business objectives and operational challenges.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear value propositions for executives, stakeholders, and clinical teams.
• Lead AI opportunity assessments, identify high-value use cases, and develop strategic adoption roadmaps.
• Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and frameworks for scalability, security, compliance, and ROI.
• Drive discussions on AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT industry experience with strong consulting and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG architectures, and semantic search.
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications using vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector.
• Expertise in Python development with FastAPI, Django, or Flask, including RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and database integration.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, Glue), Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives within healthcare, payer, provider, or life sciences.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare standards, HIPAA compliance, and data security requirements.
• Experience with data governance and model evaluation techniques.
