You will engineer and advance Generative AI solutions, driving enterprise-wide adoption of Large Language Models and scalable systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational components and mature technology capabilities in AI and LLMs.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable, user-friendly Generative AI solutions.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption and successful integration of Generative AI technologies.
• Contribute to engineering and research initiatives with a product-focused approach.
• Streamline processes to prioritize rapid, iterative delivery using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or startups.
• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python and Java.
• Expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Transformers.
• Proven experience with LangChain, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and value stream methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
