Description

You will lead engineering and research initiatives to develop foundational AI and Large Language Model capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable Generative AI solutions and integrate them across business applications.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI technologies through a product-focused approach.
• Lead product working groups to drive consensus on technical requirements.
• Engage in pair programming and promote lean methodologies to streamline delivery.
• Prioritize rapid, iterative development and continuous testing to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or start-up environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python and Java.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Machine Learning.
• Experience deploying and managing workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and the Spring Framework.
• Proven track record with Agile delivery and product management methodologies.
• Ability to produce high-quality project artifacts and senior management reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
