Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for AI implementations.
• Drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical strategy with stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products and platforms successfully.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams working on AI projects.
• Ensure best practices in AI/ML architecture, integration, security, and scalability are followed.
• Understand client environment and their pain points to propose innovative AI solutions.
• Articulate client concerns, participate in solution proposals, and create proof of concepts.
• Win client confidence through effective communication and demonstration of technical expertise.

Experience Required: 10-13 years of experience in AI/ML with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents. Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks and cloud platforms, particularly AWS GenAI and Agentic AI services
