You will lead the design and development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, translating client requirements into scalable technical architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and system design for GenAI and AI Agent implementations.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture discussions with stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Create proof of concepts and articulate technical solutions to win client confidence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks and cloud platforms, particularly AWS GenAI and Agentic AI services.
• Proficiency in Python and Microservices architecture.
• Strong background in Solution Architecture, System Design, and API Integration.
• Experience implementing best practices for AI/ML integration, security, and scalability.
• Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose innovative AI solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional cloud platforms beyond AWS.
• Deep knowledge of integration frameworks for complex AI systems.
