Description

Design and lead the architecture of scalable GenAI solutions, taking AI agents and workflows from prototype to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable GenAI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and agentic AI patterns.
• Lead Python development for AI agents, intelligent services, and workflows.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases, knowledge graphs, and LLM integrations.
• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to deploy models in cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance for AI/NLP initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with an AI/ML focus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and production deployment of LLM and RAG solutions.
• Proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proven ability to lead AI architecture in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of AI security, compliance, and performance standards.
