Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models and scalable AI pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI models by fine-tuning large language models including GPT, LLaMA, and Claude.
• Architect scalable and secure AI pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment.
• Drive R&D experimentation with new models, prompt engineering, and domain-specific adaptations.
• Build internal GenAI tools, copilots, or agents to enhance productivity.
• Establish monitoring systems to track model performance, drift, and user feedback in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI or LLM-related projects.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs including GPT, BERT, LLaMA, and Claude.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Services, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven track record of delivering GenAI applications in enterprise or production environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps and multimodal models.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
