Description

You will lead the technical direction for Generative AI solutions and guide the team on software engineering best practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready RESTful APIs integrating AI services.
• Develop and maintain agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Mentor team members to deliver complex AI features to closure.
• Guide the team on technical solutions and software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Llamaindex.
• Solid understanding of LLMs from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Experience building and deploying services on AWS or Azure.
• Ability to apply Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Exposure to front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
